So I got some money and decided to start my (serious) cutting season, I put serious in quotes because I am essentially on a never ending cut...for you people that know know what cut means, cut means cutting body fat. I got these supplements as listed:
1.kre alkalyn.
2.orange triad fish oil.
3.OEP.
4.and some good quality food.
So I am on day 1 of this stuff and I already love it! I only took 1 today because I am sensitive to stimulants and I noticed a marked decrease in appetite and slow and steady increase of energy. I was also in a better mood and felt like I was a little bit more hot than usual, all in all I give it a 10/10 so far we will see how the next week goes.

My training plan using MAX OT principles
Been using the MAX OT training principles for my lifting for about 2 months now and I have never been fuller or stronger, and this is on a cut. Suggest you guys check it out because volume training is just not great for most people unless you are on the sauce (roids you momos!) lol some Greg Valentino stuff for you their!
Here's a little info on MAX OT with a video of a guy who uses it and is huge!
You could summarize Max-OT like this:
1. Each workout should last approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
2. Train only 1 or 2 muscle groups per workout/day.
3. Do 6 to 9 total heavy sets per muscle group.
4. Do 4 to 6 reps per set.
5. Rest 2 to 3 minutes between sets. (STR)
6. Train each muscle group once every 5 to 7 days. (ITR)
7. Take a 1 week break from training every 8 to 10 weeks.

Pluck your eyebrows! Its not gay girls love it! Just dont overdo it!
OK so it may seem gay, but let me assure you I am not gay. Any girl will appreciate a guy with well groomed eyebrows instead of them looking like bushes! This is a video I think explains a lot.
Me 3 years ago.
So I have come a long way in 3 years but first I want to tell you people about myself. I am from Montana and am 21 years old. I live in a small city of about 100,000 and go to college. I will begin telling you when I decided to change my life and take a journey to becoming the perfect man or at least the best man I can be because lets face it not everyone is perfect, but we can damn sure try to be!
Rewind to 2007- I have become a severe alcoholic who dropped out of school and have shot up to a all time high weight of 293lbs of fat drunken lard. At this time in my life I thought I was having a blast but in reality I was just a fat unemployed drunk living at home. One day I looked in the mirror and realized what was happening to me. I have never had a girlfriend at this point and my self-esteem was severely low. I decided to get back into a hobby that I loved before becoming an alcoholic and that hobby was BODYBUILDING.
2008-I have become an alcoholic again falling of the wagon and quickly putting on weight and giving up on bodybuilding. Around this time I began having severe acid reflux problems resulting in erosive esophagitis from the alcohol. This was my wake up call as my health was suffering now. Back to my bodybuilding hobby and haven't stopped.
2009- Feeling great about myself and make it a mission to lose as much fat as possible and start feeling good about myself. I got into college at the University of Montana and lifted everyday losing about 65lbs from 09-10.
2010-2011- I am in school and doing great, no luck on the girlfriend front but my life is getting better and better. I will update everyday or at least every other day with my workouts, hobbies that I plan on taking up which include martial arts, dancing, learning to play an instrument, and anything else I feel will make me a better and more desirable man! Please follow my blog and you will learn what is possible with HARDWORK
and DETERMINATION .
1st pic is me at 260lbs in 2009, when I really got into my bodybuilding and wanted to get in shape for college. 2nd pic is me in October of 2010 which was just a few months ago, at a weight of 195lbs. 3rd and 4th pics are also in October 2010. I am working on getting more lean and encourage you to keep checking my blog for updates!
I will outline some crazy things that I do to look better and just increase my confidence in everyday life. Some of this may seem just down right crazy, but this is my journey and I will share everything in my blog.
-Eyebrow plucking.
-Tanning.
-Teeth whitening.
-Practice speaking in the mirror.
-Learning new skills such as martial arts, dancing, steel guitar, singing.
This may sound very stupid but this is some of the things I do to feel better and increase my self confidence, It seems to be working well to because I get great feed back from the opposite sex and get respect from guys too! However this is just the tip of mountain on the crazy things I do. I am going to be telling you guys what I do everyday and my grooming routine, workouts, diet, etc. SO KEEP UP WITH ME.
